Some times we just need to push through what feels really hard. Making an honest effort to keep stepping forward on your path when the days are dark, cold and long takes courage. One might ask where courage comes from? I'm sure there are many places but oddly enough, courage seems to come on the other side of doing the hard thing you don't feel like doing. I am talking about pushing through to the other side.
Everybody has those things hanging over their head that they would rather avoid. We call that procrastination. But what happens when we just wrestle that bugger to the ground and get it done? I always feel a little taller and stronger and my step a little springer when I do that. My challenge to you (and myself) today is to take one of those things we have been avoiding head on and deal with it and see what good things we will set off in motion.
