I have been listening to my Seamless Life CD lately and feeling like it still rings true. There is so much tedious work in professional recording that it sometimes takes a long while for the musician to go back and actually listen to what they have worked so hard to create. Recorded music can be something like snap shot of a particular time in an artists life. This CD is certainly that for me.
It has been 9 years since this CD was released and listening to it now is a whole different experience. I am not sure anymore what I meant by a "seamless life" but I think it had something to do with wanting to find a way to reconcile all the different pieces of my life that sometimes seemed to be in discord rather than harmony. I am still seeking that way to build the life that allows for the best version of me to come on to the stage.
(I only have about 5 of the original packed CDs left at this point but you can download the song here where I actual will get paid.
